Restorative Yoga Virtual Class

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow style of yoga.


Class will begin with breathwork, followed by passive restorative yoga poses that are held for 5-7 minutes to allow your body and mind time to relax and release.

The final 10-15 minutes of class is dedicated to guided meditation.

Restorative yoga classes are for everyone, and no yoga experience is required.

They are a great complement to more active yoga practice and effective at reducing stress and tension.

What to bring:

Please have a yoga bolster (or 2 pillows inside one pillow case), a blanket, and blocks (or a study stack of books). Comfortable clothing is encouraged - wear your pajamas!
